The technology is in place to manage high levels of order processing and provide real-time management information. We use a fully integrated, real-time stock management system, specially developed to meet the needs of the Workwear and Safety industry. This gives us total control over all operations, from design, manufacture, samples, initial order through to order dispatch and invoicing and enables us to offer an exceptional level of flexibility, responsiveness and customer service.
We undertake all of our operations in-house, including warehousing, garment preparation and embroidery, enabling us to provide you with the flexibility and high level of service quality, while still being able to maintain our competitive pricing. It also allows us to bring a new contract on, quickly and seamlessly, within the business-as-usual environment. Typically, once samples have been agreed, we can achieve first deliveries of customer-branded products within 4 days of confirmation of contract.
