2023 Annual Strategy Day

Every year, SMI hold an annual conference to celebrate our key achievements as a business and as individuals from the past year, as well as taking the opportunity for the leadership team to share SMI’s upcoming goals, investments, and developments to the whole team.

As our first in-person event since the pandemic, Vision23 focused on looking at where we have come from, to where we are heading to, as we concentrate on further streamlining our processes that will benefit our customers, suppliers, and employees.

Vision23 was packed with insightful information, mini games, and teambuilding activities, designed to bring our teams together and build on our relationships with one another. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Bonita Norris, the youngest British woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest at the age of 22, who shared her incredible story of how she achieved her vision, and the obstacles that she overcame along the way.
