You’ll find an example hazard entry based on an office environment to show what’s needed. Use this format to identify real hazards in your workplace.

Once you’ve filled it in for one task or location, copy the table onto a new page and complete it as required for each area or activity.

When your risk analysis is complete, make sure your team has the right PPE and workwear to stay safe.
