Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to support the Head of Marketing with the delivery of the Marketing and wider business strategy.
It will be a full 360 role with the opportunity to get involved with online and offline product marketing whether it be the concepting and delivery of strategic product marketing materials, the management and design of catalogues, supporting with our product portal developments or photography and videography. No day will be the same in SMI’s Marketing Department!
The Product Marketing Manager role requires an individual with impeccable attention to detail as you are at the forefront of the business, communicating with customers and senior stakeholders on a daily basis. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to organise and prioritise workload in a fast-paced, yet extremely rewarding role.
You will have a passion for bringing industry leading products to market and thrive on crafting compelling marketing materials that resonate with our customer base.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm , with 1 hour lunch break
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Duties:
- Ownership of the SMI catalogue, leading on the data, design and production on an annual basis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of all sub-catalogues.
- Managing and maintaining our ERP system and online ordering platform where all product information can be found, ensuring it is up to date and controlled.
- Creating, maintaining and managing all Rokwear and EcoRokwear marketing assets to support our core range of products including datasheets, photography and videography.
- Ensuring the product media library is updated and managed correctly, including all product photography and videography.
- Liaising with the wider marketing department and sales team to identify product marketing opportunities and produce the subsequent materials.
- Working with Procurement to develop and deliver marketing materials to seamlessly launch our new product ranges.
- Working with various stakeholders to develop and maintain Rokwear and EcoRokwear product packaging, alongside our generic SMI packaging.
- Manage 3rd party photography and videography of our product range for the wider marketing department and business to use.
- Working with the Head of Marketing to support and develop the Marketing Strategy, ensuring we are always tracking for success.
- Liaising with the wider marketing department on product related social media opportunities.
- Collating weekly and monthly product marketing focused statistics to compile reports and identify trends for the Head of Marketing.

- Experience with design software including Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Experience of MS Office, Sharepoint, Social Media, Email and Adobe Suite are necessary
