SALES EXECUTIVE
As a Sales Executive, you will be the go-to person for our sales and business development teams, managing requests, handling administrative duties, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sending out samples, catalogues, and requested items promptly.
- Updating systems with special pricing information and maintaining accurate records.
- Logging all contracts and essential documents for easy retrieval.
- Crafting customer reports using a variety of software tools, including Netsuite, Phocas, and Excel.
- Assisting with appointment preparations by gathering necessary materials and resources.
- Facilitating new account setups for our growing client base.
- Providing invaluable support during monthly sales meetings and compiling actionable insights.
What do I need to succeed?
To become a Sales Executive with SMI, you will need:
- The ability to meet set key performance indicators
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to tackle challenges head-on.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
